Refund policy
Nothing is sold on this website. The only thing you can buy is a Kera Premium subscription inside the app, and refunds for it go through Apple or Google — here is exactly how.
Nothing on this website is paid
The guides, the hair test and the hairstyle try-on are free and need no account, no email and no card. There is no checkout on this site and nothing to refund. If a page ever asks you for payment details, it is not ours — close it and tell us.
Who you bought from
Kera Premium is sold inside the app, and the seller is Apple on iPhone and iPad, or Google on Android. They take the payment, they issue the receipt, and they are the only ones who can return the money — we never see your card details and we have no ability to reverse a charge they made.
That is not us passing you around. It is how in-app purchases work on both platforms, and asking us first only adds a delay before you end up in the same place.
Refunds on iPhone and iPad
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account you bought with. Choose the Kera purchase, pick a reason, and submit. Apple decides, usually within 24 to 48 hours, and pays back to your original payment method.
You can also do it from the device: Settings, your name, Media & Purchases, View Account, Purchase History.
Refunds on Android
For a purchase made in the last 48 hours, open Google Play order history, find Kera and request a refund. After 48 hours Google asks you to submit a request through the same page, and reviews it.
Cancelling so you are not charged again
A refund and a cancellation are different things, and cancelling does not refund the period you already paid for. To stop future charges: on iPhone, Settings, your name, Subscriptions; on Android, Play Store, your profile, Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel anything.
You keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for.
When to write to us instead
Come to us first if something is actually wrong: the app is not working, a feature did not do what it said, a photo failed to process, or you were charged for something you do not recognise. Email hello@jazzgames.net and tell us what happened.
We cannot return the money — only Apple or Google can — but we can fix the problem, and we will write to the store in support of your request if the fault was ours. We aim to reply within two working days.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits any right you have under the consumer law where you live, including any right of withdrawal on a digital purchase. Where those rights apply, they are exercised through the store that sold to you.
This policy covers Kera Premium bought through the App Store or Google Play. See also our terms of use, pricing and privacy policy.
